I’m Lauryn, a twenty-something seeking to create a reality I love waking up to.

I don’t like fitting myself into a box in terms of what I talk about – although I love focusing on topics that involve wellness, fitness, and mindful living.  Things like  journaling, mindful movement, and self-reflection helped me deal with anxiety and overall helped me learn how to take my life into my own hands.  

I also love sharing mindful and educational content through typograhpy and graphic design, which you’ll find in my portfolio section.

I’m also a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where I’ve learned all things from bio-individuality to breathwork!  I talk about a lot of these topics on The Mind, Body, Soul Podcast.

My philosophy to life is that I think it’s so much more important to seek happiness rather than just material wealth or society’s definition of “success”.  This blog is an attempt to capture my journey of doing exactly that.

Lauryn’s Lifestyle was the result of me wanting to share my journey to a happier and more balanced lifestyle after years of having a turbulent relationship with my mindset, food, and exercise.  Learning to listen to your body and take control of your own inner world is one of the most empowering and important things you can do for yourself – I can only hope to help you feel the same.
